An important part of the production of a television program is editing. In this process, portions of a production shot out of sequence, or shot using several takes, are edited together to form a finished program. Graphics, narration and special effects can also be added in this process.
SVHS/DVCPRO
As its name implies, the Linear Editing Suite is a simple cuts only SVHS or DVCPro facility. As such, it provides a wonderful entry into the world of video editing.
